Although 14 lines were all we could ever hear from Lenne in FFX-2, her voice actresses are still worthy of mention by all means.

Kumi Koda

Lenne's singer and voice actress were the same person in Japanese FFX-2. While Kumi Koda shouldn't be a strange name to any Jpop enthusiast today, Japan was definitely in favor of her sister's band Day After Tomorrow when FFX-2 was first released. Hard work sure paid off in Koda's case and I'm glad of it: I really enjoyed her Real Emotion back in the day.

That being said, Koda is nowhere near a professional voice actress and such shows in her role as Lenne. Her kansai accent somehow ruined the sentiment Lenne and Shuyin's last moment was supposed to suggest. Oh well.

Cree Summer

I was quite surprised when I found out that Cree Summer, Lenne's English voice actress, grew up as an Aboriginal in Canada. I know it's a pure coincidence, but to know that Lenne's actress was from a rural area just like Lenne's name suggests makes me happy somehow.

Unlike Koda, Summer did quite a few video game roles throughout her career, including young Tidus. You can tell from the way she spoke in FFX-2 that she's experienced. Nevertheless, I wasn't exactly fond of her acting for Lenne: it was a tad too low and her "Hi there" almost sounded like a... broken box, for lack of a better description.
